Yasemin_SiraliFormer FXB Fellow Yasemin Sirali and current director of Ozyegin Social Investments will discuss her case study examining how the Mother Child Education Foundation (ACEV) approached the intensifying child abuse incidents in Turkey. The case lays out how an NGO that develops and implements parent training and early childhood development programs focused on scientific research to inform effective interventions for preventing child neglect and abuse. Ozyegin Social Investments focuses on education, girls’ empowerment, rural development, health and culture, with a significant concentration on education, from early childhood through higher education.
