Join Harvard FXB Center Director Dr. Jennifer Leaning in a discussion welcoming a Gaza psychiatrist and an Israeli NGO leader to bring light to Gaza’s mental health crisis and the impact of the economic blockade on the population.

Dr. Yasser Abu-Jamei, MD, executive director of the Gaza Community Mental Health Program, is a psychiatrist born in 1974 in Saudi Arabia who has lived in Gaza-Palestine since 2000.

Ran Goldstein, executive director of Physicians for Human Rights-Israel, is formerly head of communication for the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement Delegation to Israel and the Occupied Territories, and senior strategy and communications consultant to various Israeli civil society organizations.
