Harvard FXB Center and the David Rockefeller Center for Latin American Studies will host a public talk by Justice Gutiérrez Ortiz Mena, in which he will examine the historical role of the Mexican Supreme Court, refer to Mexico’s Constitution, which has undergone some recent reforms, and discuss opportunities and challenges for the Court in the context of Mexico’s democracy today.
