A Three-Part Structure for Transforming Ethno-National Conflict and Reinvigorating Democracy and responding to persons whose self-presentation suggests mental health problems.

Dr. Pamela Steiner is a Senior Fellow at Harvard’s FXB Center at the T.H. Chan School of Public Health. In addition to practicing psychotherapy, Dr. Steiner has co-facilitated non-official conflict resolution processes with Armenians and Turks, Israelis and Palestinians, and Germans and Jews. In this talk, Dr. Steiner will share her idea for an ambitious framework for national processes led by a non-official interdisciplinary teams to help move societies beyond conflict. This idea will be an important part of her book-in-process on collective trauma.
