Maggie Sullivan is currently a doctoral student in public health (DrPH program) at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. She is a family nurse practitioner with an interest in serving immigrant patients and their families. Ms. Sullivan will discuss a qualitative research study in collaboration with MIRA (Massachusetts Immigrant & Refugee Advocacy Coalition) and the FXB Field Education Internship Program at the Harvard T.H Chan School of Public Health with healthcare providers, immigrants/refugees, public agencies and community leaders in Greater-Boston. Topics addressed include the impact of current events on utilization of care; how health centers are caring for immigrant/refugee patients and opportunities for improvement; and perceptions of how immigrant integration is associated with health.

Open to the Harvard community. Questions? Contact Lena at LRansohoff@hsph.harvard.edu.
