Work in Progress Series: FXB Doctoral Student Panel

On Wednesday, February 26, the FXB Center for Health and Human Rights at Harvard University will host the next event in its Work in Progress Series.

At this event, Jackie Jahn, Jourdyn Lawrence, and Gabriel Schwartz, members of the FXB Doctoral Student Cohort will present on the following:

  • Jackie Jahn: “Exposure to County-Level Fatal Police Violence During Pregnancy and Adverse Birth Outcomes Among U.S. Women”
  • Jourdyn Lawrence: “Burden of Discrimination and Indicators of Allostatic Load”
  • Gabriel Schwartz: “Mapping Fatal Police Violence Across U.S. Cities: Overall Rates and Racial/Ethnic Inequities”

FXB Center Director Dr. Mary T. Bassett will provide introductory remarks.

The event will take place from 1 to 2 p.m. in FXB 710 (651 Huntington Avenue, Boston, MA, 02115).
