Hana is a PhD student in Population Health Sciences within the Department of Epidemiology, focusing on Environmental Epidemiology. Prior to Harvard, she was an assistant epidemiologist at Emory Health Services Research Center where she worked on projects aiming to reduce racial disparities among kidney transplant candidates and recipients, and served on the data team for the Researching COVID to Enhance Recovery (RECOVER) Initiative.
Her research interests include the intersection of social and environmental epidemiology, especially how social factors influence disparities in environmental exposures, and the application of translation and implementation sciences in environmental health.
She received her MPH in Epidemiology from Emory University – Rollins School of Public Health and BS in Athletic Training from University of Wisconsin, Madison.
